Gusto House offers a range of classes from yoga and pilates to sensory classes for babies. Have a look at our weekly schedule below.

Monday

10:40 AM: Pure Stretch - Rise and Shine
A mixture of stretch, core strength, balance, and meditation.

12:00 PM: Men On Mats
Come on guys, get down and improve your flexibility and core strength.

1:30 PM: Seated Pilates
Seated Pilates adapts traditional core-strengthening exercises to a chair, making low-impact fitness accessible for those with limited mobility.

7:30 PM: Hot AF Pilates
This class combines the precision and control of Pilates with a heated studio, helping you to boost your strength and flexibility as your muscles warm up faster and deepen your core work with an extra challenge

1:15 PM: Tai Chi Fit
Exercises to increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain, and increase energy levels.

4:30 PM: Aimee’s Little Leaps Gymnastics and Dance
A gymnastics and dance club which is the perfect mix of movement and fun. Specifically designed for children aged 4-11 years old.

6:30 PM: Beginner Introduction to Yoga
Begin your yoga journey with this 6-week Forrest Yoga course for complete beginners, running every Tuesday. This course focuses on breath-work, alignment, and inner strength.

Wednesday

9:45 AM: Parent and Baby Stay and Play
Sessions for children aged 0-2 years, offering unstructured play in a calm, beautiful space run by an Early Years Teacher. Parents can connect with others and enjoy drinks and treats. Book tickets!

12:00 PM: Lunchtime Yoga
Ran by Grounded Yoga Collingham. Meg’s yoga classes are friendly, inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of ability or experience. Modifications and options are provided throughout. Each class ends with breathwork and a beautiful guided relaxation.
