Events
Classes: Our classes are not linked to Arena Gym, but run separately and in our studio next door. You're invited to sign up to via each class providers websites/instructions. See our schedule below on this page.
Clubs: We have a variety of clubs including our Artificial Intelligence Club and our Women in Business Club club.
Programs: We run educational programs in Gusto House's Training Facilities.

Classes
Gusto House offers a range of classes from yoga and pilates to sensory classes for babies. Have a look at our weekly schedule below.
Monday
Mornings:
10:40am Pure Stretch - Rise and Shine A mixture of stretch, core strength, balance, and meditation.
12:00 pm Men On Mats Come on guys, get down and improve your flexibility and core strength.

Mornings:
10:30am - Pilates Fusion

1:15pm - Tai Chi Fit, exercises to increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain, and increase energy levels.

Mornings:
9:30am - Caterpillar Music. Fun, educational, multi-sensory music and movement sessions for babies and toddlers.

11:00am - Splash & Mash. Themed Messy Play is suitable for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Currently running sessions biweekly.

Evenings:
6:00pm - Legs, Bums and Tums. Expect a mix of cardio and strength based exercises to improve overall fitness and tone the body.
7:00PM - Step Aerobics. A fun and energetic workout that combines choreographed movements on a raised platform to improve cardiovascular fitness and coordination. An enjoyable way to get your heart pumping.
