Here at Gusto House, we are always looking for ways to make your workday smoother, more productive and stress free. That’s why we have recently launched a brand new, easy to use booking system. 

We have created this new portal to make it faster, cleaner and much easier for our customers to navigate. Whether you need a quiet hot desk for the afternoon, a collaborative room for a team training session, or you want to lock in a Saturday market pitch, you can now handle it all in just a couple of clicks! 

Outside of modern office facilities names Gusto House, next door is a cafe named The Allotment

What’s New? Our Booking Portal Features

  • Instant Bookings: No more having to ring up reception and discuss your availability. You can view live availability across all our facilities. And switch between day, week, and month views to find the perfect slot in seconds.  

  • Streamlined Information: You can now keep track of all your bookings simply and efficiently.Your upcoming and past bookings for both rooms and desks now all in one place. You can even filter by day and time, so nothing gets lost.  

  • Invoices and Payments: Our invoices and payments are now handled directly inside the booking portal, meaning no more looking for invoices and overdue payments.  

  • Coworking Bundles: You can grab a hot desk for a half day or full day in our bright, open-plan and air-conditioned coworking space. It is now super easy to book our coworking bundles – the more you buy upfront, the lower the price!  

  • Your Credit: There’s no need to guess how many passes you have left. As soon as you log into your account your remaining full and half-day credit balance is displayed instantly.   

  • Book a Tour: New to Gusto House or bringing a new team member along? You can submit a quick enquiry to arrange a walk-around tour at a date and time that suits you best.

You can view live availability and book any of our facilities instantly from the main booking portal dashboard: 

  • Training Room: 08:30 – 17:00 

  • The Brook Meeting Room: 08:30 – 17:00 

  • The Studio: Mon–Sun, 06:00 – 23:00 

  • Market Pitch: Saturdays, 09:00 – 14:00

Pricing

If you use our spaces regularly, buying a bundle reduces the cost per session. Please note that co-working credits are valid for 45 days from purchase.

Full Day Co-working

  • Single Day: £15 +VAT 

  • 4 Passes: £48 +VAT (£12 each) 

  • 8 Passes: £80 +VAT (£10 each) 

  • 12 Passes: £108 +VAT (£9 each) 

  • 20 Passes: £160 +VAT (£8 each) 

Half Day Co-working

  • Single Half Day: £10 +VAT 

  • 4 Passes: £32 +VAT (£8 each) 

  • 8 Passes: £56 +VAT (£7 each) 

  • 12 Passes: £72 +VAT (£6 each) 

  • 20 Passes: £100 +VAT (£5 each) 

Room & Studio Rates

  • The Brook Meeting Room: £15 +VAT / hour 

  • The Studio: £18 inc VAT / hour 

  • Training Room: £105 +VAT (Half Day) / £195 +VAT (Full Day)

  3. You're Booked: Your booking will instantly appear under the "My Bookings" tab, and with notifications turned on, you'll get confirmation straight away.
